Follow up consultations includes monthly personal meeting, if necessary, up to 6 personal meetings at the venue if necessary, during the last 6 months of the wedding day and unlimited suggestions (phone calls and emails).

Attend & coordinate the entire wedding day. We offer a stress-free day for the couple. Our team: 1 (one) Event Coordinator + 1 (one) Logistics Coordinator (up to 14 hours to complete set up and monitor break down) + 2 Additional Protocol Assistances (Bridal Assistant Service included). Begin working with couple immediately up to 18 months in advance from wedding day. 

Design and Concept Development to create a cohesive design concept for the wedding through mood boards. Advice on the design, printing, packing, and sending save the date & wedding invitations. 

Select and source decor elements such as linens, tableware, lighting, and floral arrangements to bring the design concept to life.

We will oversee the set-up of all decor elements on the day of the wedding, ensuring that everything is in place and looks perfect and coordinate the tear-down at the end of the event. Up to 16 hours of event coordination. 

Our team will bring your vision to life, taking care of the aesthetic details to create the perfect look for your wedding, using a in real time 3D modeling tool so you can have a close look and feel of your event.
